A Turkish firm built for one kind of client.
Most law firms in Türkiye are built for Turkish clients, with foreigners as an afterthought. We're the other way round. Everything here — the language, the process, the fact that you never need to fly back — is designed for someone who is owed money in Türkiye and is trying to recover it from somewhere else.
Why we exist
Every year, millions of foreigners visit, invest and live in Türkiye. A small but real number of them end up out of pocket — a Turkish company that won't pay, a property that was never delivered, an inheritance they can't reach, a denied insurance claim, an accident that wasn't their fault. Then a second problem lands on top of the first: the system that should make them whole is in a language they don't read, in a country they may have already left, and it's easy to assume the whole thing is more trouble than it's worth.
That assumption is exactly what we were built to defeat. Turkish law does provide for these losses. The barrier is almost never the law — it's access. We are that access.
What makes us different
Your claim has a name
and a face.
Behind the practice are licensed Turkish advocates who work directly with foreign clients from the initial assessment through to final recovery. The lawyer who assesses your enquiry is the one who argues your file and answers when you write.
Registered with the Istanbul Bar Association (İstanbul Barosu) and bound by its professional code of conduct and the statutory rules of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations (TBB).
How we work with you
You tell us what happened
By message, email or WhatsApp, in your own words. We assess it at no cost and tell you honestly where you stand.
You appoint us, remotely
One power of attorney, signed at home. From here, the Turkish side is ours, not yours.
We carry the case
Evidence, insurers, experts and courts — handled and translated, with one point of contact for you.
We keep you in the loop
Plain-English updates throughout, until the compensation reaches you.
On fees: we explain how we charge clearly and in writing before you commit to anything, so there are no surprises within the limits Turkish law permits.
Money owed in a country you don't know is two problems: the loss itself, and the foreign system standing between you and it. We were built to take the second off your hands.
